With more than 13’000 published studies, resveratrol is one of the most researched molecules. Broadly known as a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent, its effects go far beyond. In fact, resveratrol shows multi-mechanisms of action that have positive benefits across different systems and functions in the body. For instance it can positively impact cognitive health, heart health, and rejuvenation of some of the systems that often decline as we get older.
